I am pretty sure I have it and have for most of my life. I'm intensely emotional and all it takes is one moderately triggering event and I absolutely will not stop thinking about it *at all* until the situation gets resolved or my brain finally decides to calm down. Even then, if there's no actual resolution to the problem that caused me to react that way, it will linger for hours or even days in some cases.

i've taken the 'big 5' test a couple times and score near between 4-5 on neuroticism (or between 1-2 on 'emotional stability' the other way it's written)
I can hide it outwardly but i'm a hurricane inwardly
