Its been reported that it began because a pontoon boat was blocking dock space needed to park a riverboat. That area is the regular spot reserved for the Harriott II Riverboat." The security guard apparently told a group of people on the pontoon boat to move, but then he was attacked (some believe it was racial). In retaliation, the people in the riverboat jumped out to save the security guard and all hell broke loose. You can see a guy hitting a women with a chair.
