First kiss at 19 minght be a little late and losing your virginity at 21 is relatively normal.

I don't think that your first kiss being at 19 is normal, although losing your virginity at 21 is just about normal. Many people have their first kiss at 13 or 14. But good for someone becoming good with girls.

As far as virginity, I think there are a few factors at play. People's attitudes towards dating, sex, etc. if they change will change alongside other milestones in their lives. (You'll see this in people losing their virginity in their freshman year of college more than their junior year of high school for example). It's also for societal reasons the case that there's a polarization in social circles around those ages in that people who have plenty of sex tend to have friends who are the same way and vice versa.

I grew up in a rural area in a town of about 5000 people. My high school girlfriend was an abstinence until marriage person. My friends spanned a number of "coolness/popularity" levels but the majority of them weren't having sex (for either gender) even though plenty of relationships happened. But there were other social circles at our school where people were having a lot of sex.
