Tickets to a show tonight (Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats w/ Thee Sacred Souls) were nearly $100 with fees so we decided to hold off until we could maybe get something cheaper
managed to snag some tickets on stubHub for $60, set up childcare for my kid, and now two hours before the show I get an email that says the tickets I bought arent available but they will offer alternative tickets well, there are plenty of tickets available, and now theyre all over $100 so even though theyre identical general admission tickets theyre not considered comparable alternative tickets the response from customer service was basically too bad so sad, pony up another $100 if you want to go to the show thats now in under 2 hours. fuck ticket companies, and fuck tech companies that dont give a damn about customers because they think they have a monopoly /rant --- BLACK LIVES MATTER Games: http://backloggery.com/wrldindstries302 \\ Music: http://www.last.fm/user/DrMorberg/ ... I've never had a problem with StubHub. It's a nice way to get undervalued Mets tickets with surprise club access.

It's a nice way to get undervalued Mets tickets with surprise club access.Last time I had a problem with my ticket, I called customer service and they immediately replaced it with a different ticket right away this was 5+ years ago, though; I guess stubhub has entered the stage of business where providing good customer service isnt worth getting repeat customers. Fuck scalpers.
Shit needs to be shut down, we already pay $15 a ticket in service fees, and that rarely includes parking as the fee increase was designed to do. Ticketmaster owns Stubhub and will hold back tickets to scalp them for themselves via SH.
