He definitely should be charged to prevent any influencers from trying the same thing in the future.

The unlawful assembly charge will probably stick but I dont think theres enough evidence to convict him for inciting a riot.

I can imagine myself as one of the people stuck in traffick caused by that shit and I would want him to pay severely. Specifically he should give away a ps5 to every person he inconvenienced.
