Just to get this out of the way, there is EVERY possibility that any game involved in the poll will have spoilers posted in the replies. I'm going to ask that if you have to discuss a spoiler about a Final Fantasy game, mark it appropriately, using the spoiler box and calling out which game you're discussing. This applies no matter how old the game is, especially with the Pixel Remasters releasing and giving even more people an opportunity to play 1-6 for the first time.

Simple rules: Vote for the character you like the best and want to win. The winning character moves on to the next bracket, while the loser is exiled to the party bench, never to be used in combat again.

To fill out the roster, I included the full playable cast from 1-15 (excluding the MMOs), including 10-2 and 13-2. A few of the more prominent guest characters (that aren't also villains) made it in there. I also added the full (non-generic) playable cast from Tactics and Tactics Advance, and then filled in the rest of the bracket using main protagonists from various non-main-series titles such as Type-0, Stranger of Paradise, and The After Years. Seeding was based on the most recent popularity poll and any character that's on the bracket but wasn't listed received lower seeds based on chronological order of their original game's release.

Rounds last 24 hours, give or take, because when you're an adult things happen and you're not always around reliably to post the next round of a Final Fantasy tournament on a dying blue websight. If I know I'm going to be REALLY late posting the next round, I'll try to close the voting at 24 hours but leave the topic open for discussion until I'm able to post the next one. In the event of a tie, voting is extended until I check the topic again and see the tie has broken. If the tie refuses to break, we'll decide it with a never-controversial Lightning Round of votes. Kinda the nature of single elimination tourneys, some people are going to get easier match-ups.

Beatrix is in another very tight battle. Shes been hustling to stay in this.

Hell, she needed to win a battle just to be entered.
