Pretty sure I have some mega constipation because I havent had a solid movement for like a month. I mustve torn something because most of the time I just pass a bit of blood. Its not painful but its very problematic because I get the urge to go very badly and I literally only have a few minutes to get to a bathroom because I cant hold it in at all. Would something like imodium even help?
