I need a new bat because the one i've had for years finally cracked. I've bought the same size always but for the bat i want they have 1 size down. Is there a noticeable change in swing if i get it?

My guess is faster bat speed (easier to swing). Less pop though.

It's 34" x 31 oz. but the new one is 32 x 30 oz. It would be the smallest bat i have though my other is 33 x 30 oz but since its aluminum i dont use it much i just dont want it to throw off my rhythm too much. --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench. They got one a size too big? Going up you could always choke up on your grip, but if you go down a size it might cause some problems just reaching the baseball.

Its a bamboo bat and ive heard good things so i hope this one is a lot better. I played some baseball, I played ice hockey in high school and recreationally for many years. Even the slightest change to the stick I used, the curve, or even an inch shorter in shaft length and it ruined me. I don't know if it was a mental thing or what, but I was never able to change successfully.
