Compared to their respective contemporaneous peers? Yeah, OoT was light years ahead of its competitors when it came out. BotW/TotK aren't that monumentally ahead of the other games of their genre today.

But comparing them one for one on how they are now, though? You have to really have thick nostalgia goggles on for OoT/MM, or have a major hate boner for the new games, to really think that OoT/MM holds a candle to BotW/TotK from any gameplay standard or especially in regards to pacing. And that's not a knock against the older ones, it's really no surprise that borderline prototype 3D open world games have been surpassed in the past quarter century.

I don't know exactly how I'd rank the other three, but MM is garbage.

To me they're not. I got OoT at launch, and even with nostalgia, BotW is still one of my favorite games ever.

For me Ocarina of Time is definitely the better game. I have nostalgia for it, and liked it when things were simpler.

For some reason I struggle to get into newer 3D Zelda games. I played Breath of the Wild for a few hours, and lost interest.

I didn't really properly play Ocarina or Majora's Mask until they were on 3DS. I greatly prefer BOTW and TOTK.

I dont agree with that at all.

Its unquestionably bigger.

But I dont really like the new things it brought to the table, and I dont think its unfair to judge it on the basis that just about everything thats good about it was done first by BotW.

It's bigger and has a ton more to do, but it still just feels like an expansion or second quest for BotW. It's still great and worth playing, but a lot of the awe and innovation of exploration from BotW doesn't feel as fresh.

MM has a couple standout tracks, but a good chunk of its soundtrack is nauseating, almost to a literal degree. Granted that's the tone they were going for in certain areas, but that doesn't make it any more palatable. I added the full MM soundtrack to my playlist some years back, and after a while I ended up deleting the majority of it because I couldn't stand listening to it anymore.

BotW gets unfairly shit on for its soundtrack being too minimalist, when it's packed with excellent tracks that stand among the franchise best imo:

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a huge fan of ye olde midi soundtracks, but a MM song that's so simple by design that you can play it on an in-game ocarina can't really hold a candle to the sweeping orchestral majesty of BotW's best.

OOT and MM no contest really. BOTW and TOTK are games you play through once to get through the story and then screw around in the open world. OOT and MM have replayability, better story, better music, better characters, better dungeons, and better bosses. The only thing BOTW and TOTK improved upon was the gameplay while taking away most of the things Zelda games are known for.

Prople gotta drop their nostalgia googles. OoT is my fave game ever, but both BOTW and Totk are better games.

Funny you say that, replaying OoT as an adult only made me appreciate its themes more. Having grown up and parted ways with a lot of friends through my life, Link losing Saria really hit home.
