I find myself reacting more to close moments for goals and fouls in leagues like the Premier League and Bundesliga than the NFL. Is it possible that I'm starting to find stuff like the NFL to be boring?

Well the NFL hasn't played a meaningful game in 6 months. So if you "recently" haven't been interested in the NFL it is because it hasn't been on except pre-season which no one cares about. Wait until the season starts in a few weeks and see if you feel the same way.

Most Soccer/Football fans live for chances to score. Whereas Americans live for the score itself. This is why it's hard to understand why people get so excited over Soccer.
