Like at turnpike rest stops or other locations that get next to zero foot traffic. It'll take 10+ minutes just to have someone greet you, though they are polite about it. I worked a month at a Starbucks that was 80% drive-through. Having to get customers at the register just absolutely sucked for productivity. It basically stretches 1 person doing 2 jobs into 1 person doing 4 jobs.
