I want to know is there anything to enhance the brain, so it can learn faster? Side effects I don't care.

Basically to enhance memory and to be able to understand things faster.

Time isn't on my side, so maybe I need to take some risk.

Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated is the best start.

Learning things by rote just takes time and patience. Facts and formulae can be memorised just by writing them out over and over.

In my experience, there are plenty of things you can take that make you feel more intelligent, but none that actually do.

That was the only way I could memorize lines for a play.

I do drink plenty of water, water is the only drink that I drink.

So if I study and write down the things I struggle, then I can get better at it. That is the way to get better at the things I am struggling.

I don't need things that feels good and does nothing.

Yes, and you probably use it daily, already: Caffeine.

They're called "nootropics":

Sleep at a consistent time that aligns with your circadian rhythm is the biggest one. Avoid bright light, eating and stressors near sleep when possible.

Good sleep is the #1 way to boost your brain and body.

#2 is eating a varied diet high in fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes, grains etc. A bit of dairy, white meat, and seafood is also good.

Caffiene is also a decent help in moderation. Best to get it from tea or dark chocolate. Just dont use close to bed or the effect on your sleep may erase the benifits of the caffiene for the next day

There are no supplements or medicine that competes in the slightest with sleep and diet.

If you suffer from ADHD stronger stimulants might help but you NEED a doctor. Aside from legal issues the wrong dosage often makes your mind worse not better.

I admit I struggle to sleep at night, takes me many hours to fall asleep. I tried to stop using electronic device 1 hour before sleeping, but nothing changes.
Like an example I can stop using electronic device at 23:00, then at 00:00 I go to bed to sleep, but I don't fall asleep until many hours later. It can be 01:00, 02:00 and still nothing.

I don't normally eat anything past 20:00.
Maybe my stress is contributing to my poor sleep. I normally overthink things.

My diet I avoid eating junk food, the only chocolate I eat is 85% dark chocolate. Luckily I like many food, so I am not picky.

Tea I don't drink it, since I just stick to water only.

I never been told I have ADHD, although I don't know if I was tested.

Also understand mnemonics. If your trying to remember something, use of things like acronyms, a small sentence, or a jingle can help you remember that. An older gentleman used to remember peoples names by breaking down the syllables and forming a sentence.

Like for example, my last name is Ivany, so the gentleman broke it down to I've a knee. You can also help to attribute colors or number formulas with something to help you remember it.

Not too difficult to get checked. Not saying you definitely have it, but your sleeping habits are in line with ADHD.

I'd also get checked for Sleep Apnea if I were you. Or at the very least get a sleep study done. They may be able to prescribe something for you. When I was in Chemo they gave me a medication to help me relax at nights, and I was easily out for 8 hours.
