Maybe he could survive one but a decent chunk of the arsenal will kill him. Also tbh I dont think the speed of Raditz outpaces our fastest missles. Not by a crazy amount at least. If he comes during the full moonwe screwed. I guess if he rampages mindlessly as an oozaru he is an easier target and if we hit him with most of the nukes on earth at once that would kill him even in Oozaru. Even Saiyan saga Vegeta would die if hit by the entire nuclear aresenal of earth in one single blast.
