turns out when a woman has a migraine her brain (specifically, the hypothalamus) causes dysregulation of thermal body temperature. As this is happening, the ovaries release several eggs (it's still not clear why this happens) and the increased temperature causes the eggs to cook within the pelvis! as we all know, overcooking eggs can bring about a sulfurous odor, thus why women tend to "smell" sulfur when they get migraines. who would have thunk! the body is absolutely incredibel ...
