I'm thinking real hard and realizing that there aren't many lol. Woah.

They're usually never full-blown evil. More like anti-heroes or never fully committed to being bad. Able to be swayed. Harley Quinn is a big example. Pure, raw evil isn't given to female characters often. At least not iconic ones.

Was going to say DBZ's Android 18 but she's not iconic on her own.
