He believes that those jobs do not teach you real work ethic and its pampered and cushy all around. He also says thats the reason people like them talk down to customer service people. His definition of real jobs are jobs where you work your ass off like food service, customer service, construction, transportation, etc. I hate to be that guy but from my experiences working in offices. I had a moron in HR tell me I had to wear coveralls in the shop at all times no matter what I was doing and all during the worst heat wave in human history where our shop gets to 120+ degreese F regularly. He tried to justify it by saying he had a dress code he had to follow too. Must be really fucking awful for him to work in slacks and a short sleeve button up in his ice cold air conditioned office.
