with all this talk surrounding the live action show on Netflix, it made me wonder if there's any good videogame adaptations as well...

I haven't played any, but most of the ones I've looked at are kind of bargain bin-y.

There's 4 Dynasty Warriors inspired One Piece games. No clue if they're any good. But DW is pretty fun in general if you like hack and slashers.

If you enjoy the Warriors formula/style, I think Pirate Warriors 3 is honestly the best at it by far. Its got a pretty great flow and pace, some nice tunes and some of the best movesets in the series.

Jump Superstars for DS

Nothing that would be an acceptable substitute for reading the manga or watching the anime. But if you're just looking for a fun time, I've heard the Pirate Warriors games are good.

Only dedicated One Piece game I've played myself was Unlimited World Red, which was a decent action adventure game.

There's also J-Stars Victory Vs. if you don't mind an arena fighter featuring a bunch of Shonen Jump characters (not to be confused with Jump Force). Luffy's one of the main characters in the story. Ace, Akainu, and Boa Hancock are also playable.

Jump Superstars/Ultimate Stars for the DS are the only games I can consider "good" from the other shovelware crap One Piece has been spewing, and that game is incredibly broken...but fun. Which is ironic because the same game studio that made Jump Superstar/Ultimate Stars also made other One Piece fighters for the DS and most of them play like garbage.
