A court filing said Baluchi was armed with two knives and threatened to use a bomb to blow himself up. Later, Baluchi said there was no bomb.

It is illegal to attempt a manifestly unsafe voyage. He's gotten in trouble before from doing shit like trying to get to new york in that thing(and failing badly, he ended up going south instead of north)

Obviously not. Do you have any grasp how massive the ocean is? The guy would die from starvation, dehydration, exhaustion, or heat stroke, assuming that thing would even float at all.

I mean if he is adamant about attempting this voyage, I say good luck to him. He is only endangering himself.

The threats, however, weren't cool.

But there is absolutely 0.0000000001% chance he makes it anywhere.

There is about 4,200 miles of ocean between Florida and the UK. Simply put, that is more miles than the entirety of the US from West coast to east coast. Do you think you could roll the entirety of the country, packed only with whatever supplies you can fit in that?

taking a breaks is fine though, it clearly floats.

The biggest problem is directional issues, there's no way you'd get there alone without a lot of help.
