Decided to take a break from the game, but so far Armored Armadillo, Launch Octopus, Sting Chameleon, and Boomer Kuwanger. I suppose on my return of the game, it would be a good time to go back and collect the items I missed. Id imagine the next levels arent gonna be easy.

Yeah you want to get all the armor pieces, heart tanks, and sub tanks because sigma's fortress can get a little cheap in some spots

What's a good place to farm lives? >_>

You know...I've never farmed lives in X1 before...I can't remember where there's any easy pickups that you can just grab and exit out.

At the beginning of Armored Armadillos's stage. There's bats that are hanging from the ceiling as you move forward. The last bat is different physically from the others. Everytime you destroy it, it drops an extra life sometimes.

It feels cheap farming for lives, but fuck the Armadillo. If I can manage to dodge that rolling attack of his, I can beat him.

Once you spark his shell off you can keep shooting him even while he's rolling

Managed to beat him. Who should I go for next? Btw, Chill Penguin has the best theme song.

Let's see...if you haven't done launch octopus yet rolling shield is his weakness. Though he is much easier if you get boomer kuwanger's weapon since 3 hits off that and he loses his tentacles.
