Sure she's mostly all style, but she still has a bit of substance that gives her more depth than Lady Tremaine or (Evil) Queen Grimhilde. She's certainly not the best villain, but she's definitely the best of her archetype. I don't care for the Disneyfication of her motives via the live action retellings but the first one was satisfactory I guess.
