Or that, as an elderly woman, she would be able to control it? It's a powerful dog. An old lady who doesn't know it is going to be wary. Truth was she knew my brother wouldn't take care of it but knew I didn't want a pet but I would take care of it. I miss her dearly. What we're saying is that this SPECIFIC breed of dog, has a propensity - more so than any other dog breed - to attack people. They were created for that purpose.
