They murdered someone because the victim was ugly and walking somewhat slowly and are now stabbing the victims companions, who are also ugly though not slow. And yes I did intervene. The guy ended up slashing me in the arm. One of the 3 times I got stabbed. (Well slashed. Whatever) Worst part was he jumped into a car and drove away and I didn't get the liscence plate so as far as I know he got away with it.
