19 million lbs. of weight so far this year. We can do some math to see how full of shit this pal of yours is using my personal numbers and being super lenient just to get an idea.

Let's say John Strongman here lifts every single day and he does a rotating split. Monday is Chest/Triceps, Tuesday is Back/Biceps, Wednesday is Legs, and then he repeats. No off days for this guy, 19 million isn't gonna reach itself. For my splits, I try to do three exercises focused on each muscle group, with some accessories in there depending on the day, always doing 3 sets with descending reps and ascending weight. Let's do Monday's Chest/Tri workout for a template:

Bench Press is 3 sets, 8 reps/6 reps/4 reps and currently I bench 205/215/225. So 205*8 is 1640, 215*6 is 1290, and 225*4 is 900. So per day, I'm benching 3830 lbs. Incline is 60/65/70, so 480/390/280 for 1150 lbs. Flys are 130/145/160, so 1040/870/640 for 2550 lbs. Pushdowns are 75/80/85, so 600/480/340 for 1420 lbs. Dips are 220/230/240, so 1760/1380/960 for 4100 lbs. Reverse pushdowns are 30/35/40, so 240/210/160 for 610 lbs. Traps are 70/75/80, so 560/450/320 for 1330 lbs.

So, for an entire Monday routine, the total weight comes to 14,990 lbs. This rotation has it happening every third day, and today is the 265th day of the year, so that would give 88 times this year all of these rotations have happened with the whole no off days thing, giving a total of 1,319,120 lbs for just chest and triceps.

The math for back/biceps works out similarly. Preacher = 1796 lbs, E-Z = 1220, Hammer = 1040, Rows = 2440, Lat Pulls = 2300, Delts = 1400, Front Raises = 500, totaling 10,696 for 88 days giving 941,248 lbs.

Legs carry the team here literally. Squat = 6730, Press = 7660, Ext. = 1400, Curls = 1760, Calfs = 2800, totaling 20,350 and then 88 days gives us 1,790,800 for the year.

So, overall, my splits ends up turning into 4,051,168 lbs for the entire year so far, and this is also assuming I never increased my weight either, so the number is a little fluctuating due to naturally increasing strength, so being VERY generous and saying my total output of weight pushed doubled throughout 265 days would still only give us 8,102,336 lbs for an entire year of no off days and continual progression.

Seeing your latest post with his information saying "300th workout", this is saying he has lifted weights MORE than once per day every single day, averaging over an hour per workout. I'm not a powerlifter, but I definitely lift above average weights, and this guy is putting out almost 5 times the amount of weight that I have so far in a year. His frequency of lifting is a definite path to injury, no question. He's either doing two a days with about one off day a week or no off days and working out some days twice, and he's not giving his muscles an adequate chance to rest or recover.

His numbers seem so excessively high, so this guy is either incredibly dedicated but severely misguided in how muscle growth works or fudging his numbers by a substantial amount. I'd love to see an example in terms of exercises, reps, and weight for any given month for this guy.

yeah this was about my assessment. He is not a really big guy. He is not a tiny dude, but he is not a huge guy by any means. Like I said he tells a lot of stories that are obviously bullshit. He posted that the other day and the more we look into it, the more bullshit it seems.
