I thought it was cinematically fantastic. The anticipation at the floor level shot, followed by the smash cut the moment the head drops hits hard.

I kinda agree. People think that the lack of active gore on-screen means they're "censoring" it, but I guarantee the same scene wouldn't have gotten the same reaction out of me if they just showed her getting cut up into pieces fully.
