...and the company changed the return policy to 30 days a week ago, should you still be able to return the item?
I bought something in this scenario and tried to get return authorization. I was told it's past the 30 day return window, and I was like it said 90 days when I bought it. They were like we have the right to change our policies without notice. Something doesn't feel legal about this. I'm fine with their policy changing, but shouldn't they still have to honor the 90 day window because of when I bought it? --- This is where cool people write stuff. ... Copied to Clipboard!
