Never played a Nintendo mobile game lol

masters ex is lowkey just a game made specifically for me tbh, it went all in specifically on my exact favourite thing about pokemon (just supremely quirky background npc dialogue/lore) and ran with it, i love it a lot... well, at least i did anyway. biggest issue with it is that i lost all my data at one point and have never recovered since

cafe remix is ok i'm not amazing at that kind of gameplay so i can't say it was really for me but i do like the roster and it's still one of the more pick up and play-ey titles you can get on mobile imo, didn't play it for very long granted but it's solid i guess

never gave dragalia a proper shot, i downloaded it once and never came back to it sadly

fe heroes i inevitably ended up getting in not too long after launch on upon realising it had somehow added a ton of my favourite extremely niche favourites from games that i did not think had any fanbase nowadays, and the glowup they received at the time was amazing, with characters like Jaffar being legit...ish, at the time, I guess, and really fun to use (and with highly respectable art even for the gacha standards of the time). Of course as a f2p player i fell off it not too long after and the level of powercreep that the game was subsequently subjected to was not lost on me so I definitely can't say I miss it outside of top-tier music it gets.

go (and bloom) sure does exist. i've got a friend who still plays and actively talks about it (go that is, not bloom) and i super don't but we did also go on a random drive last year to a town 2 hours away literally just for it and that memory has stuck with me, so... i guess that's something?

as an appreciator of the efforts with track innovation in that game, i still reject any tour votes on a spiritual level

oh also i really love pokemon unite too, it's uh... definitely at a point where it's only right to say it's not perfect, but the sheer execution of its gameplay is just really strong. needs more stuff like map variety and uh... better balance (since timi are just pros when it comes to finding new ways to break the "meta" with every new update), before it can be called a good moba, but what it does have otherwise is an incredibly engaging loop, which is all a moba can ask for really. you can play as a funny crab in a rock and go zoom around the map or troll people with walls and that's been the least meta option for years now but i'm still having a lot of fun with it (also yeah i'm probably the one person who prefers to play on phone lol, never got used to switch controls)

It's gotta be Mario Kart Tour as I played it for like a year and a half.

I really started to loathe that game after a while though and eventually got a new mobile game to hate.

I guess it's Unite on a technicality? I don't play on the phone though because ew.

FE Heroes is the only one I bothered to play more than 10 minutes

And I was done with it after about a month

I have a weird problem with Super Mario Run
Some of the harder level were kinda stressing and it makes me sweat a little but that's enough to ruin touchscreen gaming so I literally couldn't play it anymore
It was the first time in my life in which a body physical problem prevented me from playing a game and that felt unpleasent
Can't see anyone else complaining about this (but this is something Mobile games in general I guess) so whatever

Wanted to give a try to FE Heroes but for some reason it's not available in every country and the rollout was so slow that in 6 years or so the game is out it's still not available in Israel lol

Pokemon Shuffle was the bane of my existence. I was a slave for that game for like 3-4 years and that was a dark era of my life

Didn't play anything else besides Pokemon GO but calling it a favorite hurts my soul

I like its take on the match-3 genre. Though later levels are pretty unfair lol.

I miss Dragalia Lost. I wish they would make an offline game for Switch (2).

And Dr. Mario World really should have been a Switch downloadable game.

I agree with this. It's also a lot of fun to see characters from different generations interacting with each other, and for the blank slate player characters to be given voices and personalities. For example, Hilda (the female pc from Black and White) is portrayed as a battle fanatic who didn't notice the whole conflict with Team Plasma because she was too busy fighting in the Battle Subway, and a recent story event had her meet fellow battle obsessive Nemona, and they got into a competition to see who likes battling more.

There was an event recently where you had to use teams of electric types to get the highest score possible, and I managed to finish in the top 10,000 players. To be exact, I was number 5990.
