After that ny judge says that mar a lago is really worth only about 18 mil and that trump has grossly inflated the value of his properties.....eric trump tweeted that. A sick , burn, tweet soon followed that has gotten a lot of press. It said "someone be sure to tell the state of Fla that it is worth over a bil" "Hope trump is happy with his new property tax bill"

Mar-a-Lago is speculated to be worth well over a billion dollars making it arguably the most valuable residential property in the country.
Since no one else is using their bullshit valuation process obviously no one else has a ridiculously overinflated price.

Its kind of like how much his dad claims he weighs but in reverse.

To be somewhat fair, the value the judge cited comes from the taxable value of the property as determined by the county assessor rather than market value. That said, they're still overstating the probable market value by almost double and it's worth nowhere even approaching $1 billion.

For what it's worth, they're getting the billions figure from nearby parcels of land whose price per acre would put Mar-a-Lago at potentially over a billion except Mar-a-Lago is restricted to use as a resort so can't be rented out as condos, office space, or whatever.
