It does feel a bit out of sync to me. Like Cera's trying really really hard when the scene is calling for more understated/deadpan.

I saw the Japanese dub clip, seems the show was edited based on that track first rather than the English, the lip flaps match way better

It does seem a bit off, which is weird, considering the original Scott Pilgrim Vs the Animation was phenomenal
