Heihachi just doesn't quite have that guest character feel as far as PSABR is concerned, like he feels like a Sony character even if he technically isn't.

Second, you mean you've never seen this guy before? https://snk.fandom.com/wiki/Iori_Yagami Are you sure you aren't mistaking things? King of Fighters is among the more well-known fighting game series out there. You should have at least somewhat heard of it on the grounds of Terry being in Smash Bros. (even if technically he originates from Fatal Fury).
