I had seasoned taco meat with various other ingredients like bell peppers and onions with salsa and ate that with tortilla chips so I vote Tacos for you.

I recently started making my own quesadillas and I regret not doing it sooner, so easy to make and pretty cheap too if you get a rotisserie chicken, I like to put a little buffalo wing sauce inside with salsa on top.

The chef at work made pulled pork and queso, and we had the other taco fixings as well as a pasta salad, and potato salad for lunch. Havent eaten since.
