I'm not going to lie, after sandboxing in Watson for 3-4 hours and doing all the gigs and NCPD stuff before the main quest... I'm burning out already.

The game is exceptionally easy, even on hard. I'm doing a Netrunner Build with a smart pistol and katana if I need it. It didn't take me long to see how insanely OP the katanas are in this game, every single hit will stagger or stun and you can deflect bullets??? lol

The city is dead-dead. There is absolutely nothing special going on with the NPCs, traffic, day/night cycle or how the world feels. It's a metric crap ton of buildings you can't enter.

Controlling vehicles on kb/m is hilariously bad but luckily plugging in a controller to drive fixed this completely.

Maybe this is 2.0 but the economy seems completely fudged? I have 350k dollars and literally nothing to spend it on except cyberware, I guess. I had some quest prompt that cost me 20k or so for the ripper and 10k or so for a quest item that I haven't gotten back to yet. Like... a regular mooks gun sells for 1k. Each.

I think I'm going to change my plans and just bumrush the main quest or actual side quests and not the grinding stuff. I enjoy the story and characters quite a bit, but the world is completely lifeless to me and exploring it just frusrates me because there's nothing to do or see unless you wait until foggy night for screenshots like everybody else when the game looks its best.

the game has some really good, meaningful side-missions, but the only downside is that it doesn't always differentiate between them and the one-and-done stuff; so you don't always know what you should do and what you should skip.

that's how it was before all the updates, at least.

usually yellow missions are higher quality than green ones.

it's been that way since i played in 2020.

there's no CDPR game with good gameplay imo, it's just a matter if you love the characters or not and writing by extension.
