it doesn't have to be a revival of 24. It can be a totally unrelated show. But I always liked the gimmick of an episode representing an hour and 24 episodes in a season

I have long wondered why nobody seems to want to try again and copy 24. They could do a different setting like what if its an international spy?

Or it could be a post apocalyptic setting. Someone trying to make it through a day, in a lawless land.

Or hell, go sci fi. 1 day in an alien invasion.

they did a revival with the dude from TWD/Straight Outta Compton (played Dr Dre), but idk if they tried anything after that

Most shows like 24 these days only seem to go about 6-13 episodes so that's possibly a factor.

24 also skipped over ad breaks so a full season didn't actually go for a full 24 hours.
