PiOverlord 10/03/23 1:53:58 PM #1:	Physical certs are basically just for show nowadays, but they still count as ownership of a share with dividends and other shareholder rights like any other share. Nintendo stock certs are a little harder to convert into cash than the already hard certs, but I'm not really planning on selling it anyways. Sounds like it When you want to sell your stock, you will need to send the certificate to your broker-dealer or the issuer's transfer agent to execute the sale. This might make it harder for you to sell quickly. In a volatile market, delayed execution could result in an unexpected price differential.
