Sure college students are adults... but there's a huge difference in maturity between 18-20 year olds and 30+ year olds. It's definitely a little creepy and I think there's potential there for grooming... which is not good.

Nope. Grooming is ONLY for somebody to use on minors to then pursue a relationship when they are adults.
