i am approaching 38, if i was single, thats what i would do. this tinder, date site shit is for the dogs. very few have success.

maybe its because Im 10 years younger than you, but online dating has been very successful for me.

Most people my age (mid to late 20s) are entirely engulfed in our smart phones and the Internet.

Online dating is way way way way way more effective than trying to meet people in real life.

Although, I can understand why older generations still prefer to meet face-to-face for the first time.

Today, I was sat with my dog, reading a book, in a cafe less than two minutes walk from my apartment. During that time, I had conversations with two women who I had never met before, and I wasnt even seeking it out. This is not an unusual occurrence.

Given that you can only have so many meaningful conversations in any given time frame, and that you can get there by pursuing these interactions in person without any great difficulty, no other method is going to be vastly superior. Theres very little scope for improvement, regardless of the method you choose to champion.

The reason I brought up frustrated incels is because if your method was so ridiculously easy, which you claim it to be by placing it that much over meeting people in real life, they would barely exist. And yet they do, in droves.

The reality of the situation is probably just that each method has its advantages and disadvantages.

Not a single person I dated or had sex with did I initially meet offline.

That is not normal at all though. I am very much 50/50 with meeting online vs offline.

I will reiterate that anyone arguing that either side is way easier is wrong. Maybe they are right about their personal experience, but I have seen countless people on both sides of the argument, which means that the objective answer is that it depends on the person.

I started dating a 28yo when I was 43 (my fiance). But regardless of that, before her, I dated several women in their 30s with no kids. Plenty of women today with no children and no desire either.

Date adults you like who also want to date you. That's how its always worked for all ages
