Need some ideas for what to do with some chicken breast I have.

I will be eating a lot of chicken breast and any ideas of ways of cooking it are welcomed.

Cook it in a slow cooker in cream of chicken soup overnight. Then the next day shred the chicken and then add egg noodles and mixed vegetables.

Those egg noodles soak up all that flavor and a lot of the liquid and it makes for a wonderful chicken and noodle dish. then the next day bake some fresh biscuits to go with it. Superb in the cooler Fall weather (depending on your geographic location)

This is an extremely easy dish to make, almost zero effort, and taste delicious.

Haha, it really is a good meal and I think people underestimate the power of slow cooker meals. I know a few damn good ones that are always an excellent choice.

Cut them thin. Marinate half in honey mustard and the other half in chavettas or some other vinegar based marinade. Grill over charcoal. Serve with sweet potatoes roasted with a dash of cinnamon.

thats what I had tonight at least.

Season it however you like, then sear it without cooking at all the way through and set it aside. Next take a diced onion and cook it in the seared on chicken bits with some olive oil until it's cooked through and then add some garlic. After the garlic becomes fragrant you pour in some uncooked rice and then heat that in the same pan with the onion and garlic and top it with some more olive oil so it doesn't stick or burn. Now you cook the rice through until that becomes translucent while also adding some salt, pepper, turmeric, and then whatever additional seasonings that you want. Once the rice is translucent you pour in an appropriate amount of chicken stick that's enough to cook the amount of rice you've used and use it to deglaze the pan. Now place in your seared yet uncooked chicken breast into the the pan, add some broccoli, and then place it covered into a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. After the time is up remove the cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Once finished, remove from the oven and eat it. Maybe let it cool down first.

Thanks all.

I liked some of the ideas you guys had. But for many of them I did not have the stuff to make it. Like a Sous Vide maker.

So I went with an Soy Honey chicken breast.

I hope I don't burn it.

Soy Sauce
Honey
Chinese Cooking wine.
Apple vinger
Garlic
Seamen oil. I swapped with Stir Fry oil .

I am kind of scared of this dish, but it seems like when I try to cook it will burn with soy sauce and honey on it .

A few years ago I'd say chicken tenders are bomb. Now I'd say chicken nuggets/chunks. They fry more quickly and it's just tasty how easy they are. Really easy to eat and also have leftovers.
Double dip them, too, and then you have a great coating.
For my double dipping, I use the same flour breading, but add it to water/milk for the wet battery and then back into the dry flour mixture.

Empanadas are fun.
I work at a place with a heavy Guatemalan background.
Honestly, I can eat them warm or cold.
They are like that ultimate munchie food.
