I've been to plenty of places that over charged me and under delivered. Applebees doesn't do that. It's regular food that is consistent and cheap for what it is. Fiesta Lime Chicken is good. The steaks are not that great but if you DO get one get the Bourbon Street sirloin because it comes out on a sizzling skillet with cajun spices and butter. I was going to say the best reason to go there is cheap booze.... but you already said you can't drink there.
