I mean neat. I don't have a switch. And I always wanted to play Super Mario World 3d more on my wii u. I don't like to mention ppl on the internet I barely know but Chipcheezum told a story a long time ago where he was waiting to get that game and some grizzled annoyed employee told him to stomp a few gombas for him.

It was one of those yea I remember when I was really cheerful and Nintendo was the bomb.

I don't see how it's going to play any differently from NSMB, much less FEEL different enough to feel like a brand new original title.

It feels like a 2D Mario game. Which is SSS+ tier. It should not feel like Rayman, or Megaman, or Donkey Kong. What I notice that it does do that is a significant change from prior games is that the level design uses a lot more setpieces and gimmicks on a per-stage basis. Similar to Donkey Kong or Rayman.

This is a WELCOME change.

I heard from a guy that those who are trying to play it on a Steam Deck are having issues with the speed of the game, sometimes certain events dont trigger properly.

i see a vid of someone playing it at target and beating the first few levels. looks cool and all but i'll probably wait a bit before buying it. maybe black friday if they have good deals. i know a lot of places do like buy 2 get 1 free but not sure if there's 2 other new games i'd really care about buying.

it's tempting to buy into it. but limited budget may prevent me from getting that deal.
especially with the dogs health problems. getting decimated but she comes first.
