while it was raining?Yeah. Though its usually just one cop on that intersection unless for whatever reason theres a lot of accidents that day. That part of the road is a straightaway, and its known for people to speed on and such. Its only been until recently that law officials in my town started cracking down on it hard. Also theres like a police station museum nearby, and the cops in the area like to setup their own base of operations there sometimes. Really? Yeah. It's pretty bad where I live.
