I know. I'm saying that it might have the opposite effect for now. I've seen people say they just won't do alliance roulette anymore because the possible "bad" raids aren't worth the rewards.

It's anecdotal of course. I don't know for sure if it's having that effect.

It's the reason I've sworn off doing that roulette anymore, so yeah.

Definitly not as bad.

Someone posted the census site earlier, and it's an oceania problem.

On NA servers it's not bad. Unless you like playing at 3 am or so, and even then it's probably not as bad as the OCE problems.

If you like to play at normal human hours like the afternoon or evening, you'll be fine.

It might be a little worse with the Alliance Roulette changes and people avoiding it, but I can't imagine it's debilitating.

oh shit, party finder worked

40 minutes after creating it, i got a group of 15 and we steamrolled the raid

now i can proceed to the 2/3rd mark and then hopefully pf will work its magic tomorrow

Also, I don't think that the "player boycott" of random alliance raid will stick that long.

In the worst case it will take until the next relic upgrade is available, but as soon this is done they will hunt for these tomestones like always.

And again, I have not noticed any increase foe the roulette waiting times at all, but I don't do it every day myself.

I'm on Behemoth and can assure you that people are absolutely still doing Alliance Raid Roulette. You'll be fine.

what i wasnt expecting was the rest of the questline to be locked behind weeklies. 6 weeks minimum to finish this story? fuck me

story was good so far anyway. the nier flavoured dwarf despair was nice, but it didnt really add anything to Nier or to FF14

does it add anything to the shadowbringers patches or endwalker story if i complete the full rest of this questline?

Grats on getting through it.

NieR raids so far have had zero tie in with anything else in the game I can think of. There is no need to wait on completing the letters before proceeding with other content.

as someone who did it on-patch: no. the ending itself is very controversial and really wasnt worth the weeklies

ok so now I guess I gotta continue on with the MSQ

I think I finished all the side content I wanted to do, like older raids/trials, other jobs, etc. The last things I wanted to do before endwalker were Werlyt (cant do this until one of the shadowbringers patches), eden (started this but cant proceed further until one of the patches), and the void quests (also cant do until one of the patches)

Yeah they fixing that. Not sure if its implemented yet.
