They twerk and the mom walks in, and then it cuts to the next clip. I doubt she actually did follow through on her promise, but it's still a very strange clip, especially one to post on YT. It's played for laughs, but definitely a strange vid.

I'm not even defending Ssniperwolf, I have never watched her videos and only know of her because I'm way too online and she shows up on Youtube front page often alongside other people I don't care about like Mr. Beast.

Normally you can get away with this if what you are doing is transformative (fair use). She provides little to no commentary, and thus basically gets ad revenue from other people's works.

I am not one of these white knighting, always defend the women type guys... but damn in this age of "red pill", Andrew Tate, Fresh and Fit, The Quartering, MRA, incel culture... I am always immediately suspect of these hate campaigns.

We saw what happened to Antia Sarkeesian, and whether you disagreed with her message and content or not, she did not deserve the rank hate and death threats from these online misogynists.

They tend to flood the zone with a torrent of accusations, claims, old quotes out of context, and content farming to quickly set people who normally have no opinion of the woman in question against them.

This sudden flooding of the topics on CE very much feels like that.

Omg, jacksfilms has been around and has been big way before this all unfolded.

You all complain that the only way positive change can happen is if someone big exposes it, and as soon as one does, you complain that they are "obsessed." Big youtubers stealing content is a very real problem, that someone needs to address.

And believe it or not torgo, I think there are quite a few levels between making vids about someone, and showing up to someone's house in-person who did not ask you to film their house in-person. This isn't a "both sides" thing.
