00:00 on Monday is the same as in 24 hour time. From there, the time runs for the week up until 167:59 (Sunday 23:59 in 24 hour time).

This is better because it has bigger numbers.

Why have it reset? Start 00:00 at the Big Bang and the amount of hours that have elapsed since then is the current time.

I think we should use 64 bit unix epoch for everything. Just count the number of seconds elapsed since January 1, 1970.
