I recall California passed the law that requires fast food restaurants to pay workers at $22 hour minimum wages. Then it may work for Waffle House workers.

they deal with a lot of crap on the job and their service is always stellar

Very few, if any were employees, contrary to the embellished descriptions that union officials have presented in their press release and accompanying photos sent to the media. With that said, Waffle House remains proud of its long history of effectively and directly addressing Associate concerns. Err it's usually 3 or 4 workers ,but I get your point even though they might have 10-15 workers if they open for 24 hours. I admit they're always do good job to serve their customers.
