Does it actually run smoothly for anyone?

It's always buggy as hell. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to what you're looking for and hope you don't get logged out or an error message on your way there. It's slow. Email and every other link takes forever to load.

Kind of embarrassing that a company providing internet service has a website that runs like it's the year 2000. I feel like I'm on dialup every time I fuck with it.

Sometimes I'll log in and it'll ask me to login again right after.

One time I got a pretty good offer (2 years free Peacock) and I accepted and followed the instructions to activate my account but it took over a week for the offer to show up properly.

I was just trying to cancel that stupid Flex box they sent me when I changed plans and are charging $5 a month for it. Don't remember requesting a Flex box.

I was logged out multiple times trying to find a way to cancel it. I finally got to a UPS shipping label to send the box back and printed it. It said to track the package in my account, but there seems to be no indication that I printed a label or requested cancellation.

It's just a mess. I'm pretty sure it's intentionally bad just so people have to call and they can talk you into more charges.

That's entirely possible. When I asked customer support for help on my free offer, the guy said he would be able to help me change phone carriers from Verizon to Xfinity if I wanted to save money.
