definitely not and it isn't legal to do this at all. i seriously doubt gamestop allows employees to be armed in the first place, but it is illegal to shoot someone who is fleeing that isn't threatening anyone. if the person carjacked someone it would probably be ok but a petty theft in which the thief isn't threatening with a weapon or driving a deadly vehicle is clearly manslaughter
