It would be Jafar if he didn't escape and die in the sequel. Genie makes it clear that being trapped in the lamp for 10,000 years isn't fun.

I voted for Clayton. Though you could argue Ratcliffe has it worse being imprisoned for life

Given the existence of magic gargoyles, there's a decent chance Frollo is actually burning in hell for all eternity, so I give the edge to him.

I mean he was screaming in pain but being torn apart by Hyenas piece by piece is worse. Notably the fact that unlike the other deaths they DONT show it directly instead only letting you see the shadows

Scar being eaten alive seems pretty horrifying. Being stuck in purgatory like Jafar is awful, though, and probably the worst outcome. A fate worse than death.

Getting eaten alive by hyenas seems pretty horrific. I think the only villain whose fate was more hellish was Facilier, who literally was dragged into Hell.

Scar. Wasn't he eaten alive?

My memory is vague on Disney villains, but more times than not they are just either imprisoned or die a quick death. Being eaten alive is a slow and torture.

Most of these deaths would be pretty quick. Gaston likely dies on impact for example.

Jafar has one of the worst fate, but I'd say Scar has the most horrific death since he was alive to truly experience it.

Though Frollo may 'win' out overall. Being burned alive is horrific, probably not as fast as one would prefer (As if anyone would willing choose to be burned to death), and Hell is canon in that universe.

It's torture, but it wasn't a slow death. It's a giant pack of starving hyenas, they hadn't had food in quite a bit because they pretty much ate everything they could under Scar's rule. So I assume it was a very short meal.

I feel like being trapped in a lamp forever when you can literally do anything if you could just get out would be the literal definition of mental torture.

Like being forced to listen to the same song on a loop for all eternity without the option to turn it off or something.

I'd say that's highly dependent on what vital organs they chomp away at.

You'd be surprised on how much torture you can survive before actually dying.

Eh, it didn't really make a dent in Genie's sunny disposition. At worst he got mildly existentially depressed whenever he sat down and thought about it. By that rationale, the average day of my life is worse than getting eaten alive by a pack of starved hyenas...actually, I think you might be on to something here...

It's gotta be between Jafar and Hades. An eternity of torture is worse than any death, no matter how gruesome the death, and that's the idea behind both of their fates. (At least, in the original movies, not counting sequels and TV shows, etc.) But even trapped in the lamp, Jafar still has some measure of autonomy. Hades is trapped in a similar "eternal prison," except he's got all those tormented spirits in there with him, who hate him, who are scrambling all over him. So Hades gets my vote.

Sunny disposition doesn't necessarily mean someone is just fine. Though its true that Genie doesn't seem especially disturbed or anything. Unless you're talking about reviving the dead.

I feel like Clayton probably gets too much consideration given how striking Disney portrayed his death but the actual death itself would have been fairly tame compared to most his competitors.

Scar's would have been really ugly and painful. Hyenas are nasty business.

Scar's death was so hardcore they couldn't show it properly or the film would lose its U/G rating

That's what I though, his death is visually pretty nightmarish, but once the vines caught he'd die pretty much instantly after that long a fall.
