I've noticed that being intentionally obtuse or purposely dense has become a huge nerd trait. Basically playing dumb. Do you notice it too?

Dont forget people being vague and then acting innocent when theyre called out for what theyre implying.

Friend of mine pretends to be high which is very annoying on the group chat. He thinks its hilarious, like a bad cheech marin impression.

I love to purposely vague post but IMO when people vague post a lot of them dunno that's what they're doing and won't acknowledge it even when people call them out for it. Most people playing dumb knows they're playing dumb.

I highly doubt that LMAO. People do it to troll but at the same time they don't think it's trolling because they think it's funny or that being disingenuous to the person is something the person is deserving. Can't be a bad person if you're only doing bad things to people you think are bad right?

I just wish there would be a more mainstream label of this kinda trait and I wish people would call out people who does this. We know it's a bad trait and we see it everywhere but no one really cares I feel.
