You come home after work tomorrow and your girlfriend grabs your arm tenderly.
"Heya. So good to see you on this incredibly boring uneventful day. Yawn! Glad it's over." You think she's acting kinda weird, then you open the door to find a birthday cake waiting for you and the room decorated with Birthday Celebration materials. Your girlfriend then gives you a huge toothy smile that makes her face light up reminding of you of a pinball machine when you hit a jackpot as she says: "Surprise! Happy Birthday sweetie! Haha you thought I forgot didn't you? Of course I didn't. I think it's wicked cool that you still went into work on your birthday." She then holds out a big present. Play along but tell her after UnfairRepresent posted... She's clearly got your birthday confused with someone else i doubt that. Often times, mistaken birthdays are due to confuddling similarity in things like numbers or months or related milestones. It is not, as you are inferring, about "another person". ...
