SM2 is a full-on war between the two where xbots are desperate to show any flaw with the game (meaning they bought the game and the PS5, way to go) to basically summarize it as broken and dull while Sony Ponies can't help but bring up Xbox games they have no intention to play whenever the smallest criticism comes out about the game. Instead of enjoying their GotY contender like they should be doing, they can't help but basically trash on Xbox games.

Honestly, Sony and Xbox could probably just have fanboys of the other guy playtest their games, and that alone will help them find every bug out there more efficiently than any playtester could. How do these fanboys manage to have two full-time jobs, one that makes them money, and the other making sure their billion-dollar corporations are defended to their very last breath? When do they actually have the time to enjoy games?

being a fan doesn't necessarily mean you're a fanboy/fangirl; it just means you might support something for whatever reason.

like, I'd consider myself a fan of PlayStation, but that's mainly because of the exclusives, but I also think that Xbox is a great brand.

if the upcoming Fable ends up being good, I might seriously consider getting an XSX.

Are these types of people. Like the guy currently going on about how few people on Steam are playing Forza. Or the people that used the leak to show that Horizon lost money for Sony.

While the fanboys are exhausting I have always just viewed gamefaqs in general as people who prefer to point out flaws and tear down any game. I swear this website doesn't like games. All I ever hear is complaints and the very vocal minority of people who actually enjoy games.

It is tough for sure.

I stopped buying Sony or Microsoft when they went, hardcore, into digital downloads and requiring online access.

Nintendo's it now. If they follow Sony and Microsoft... I'll be done with console games for good.

Honestly, who cares. I moved to PC forever ago, and have the consoles up to XBone and PS4, which I barely played either, but honestly, I only give a shit about the actual games, not the companies.

I just wish that games like RDR2 didn't take a year plus to get to PC. Just make them for everyone all at once.

The only thing I care about is Microsofts greedy ass hands not gaining a Monopoly over gaming.

Pc seems too tough to set up. I just don't want to bother with that. Also it seems more expensive
