6 ounce. The Keurig I have doesn't have an espresso option, and the 4 is boring, I like to push it with most things. Sometimes I go to far.

So you feel the effects slowly with filter coffee, unlike the "punch to the face" of caffeine found in an espresso.

I drink my coffee fast.
There is so many variables, man. You can't just say 1 cup of this is or that. I'm sure if I dug, I could find info that says espresso can be much stronger, but why? Anyone that has had enough coffee and espresso will be able to tell you this. We could trade conflicting sauces all day.
